Congratulations to Our 29 Newly Graded Students!
What an incredible weekend at the dojo! On Saturday, October 11th, the energy at our Hornchurch martial arts club was electric as 29 of our dedicated students stepped onto the mat to test for their next ranks.
A grading day is one of the most important events in a martial artist’s journey. It’s a chance to stand up and demonstrate not just what you’ve learned, but the spirit in which you’ve learned it. Our students were put through a comprehensive test, showcasing their skills under pressure.
From the sharp precision of their basic line work and combinations to the focused intensity of belt-specific skills like belt tying, one-step sparring, and controlled free sparring, everyone showed fantastic development. Of course, the day wouldn’t be complete without the finale: impact testing. The power and confidence shown during the board breaking were a true highlight!
We are so proud of every single student who took part. This achievement is a direct result of your hard work, discipline, and consistent effort in class.
