Due to popular demand, Kato Martial Arts now offers classes every Monday at 6:00 PM at Emerson Park Community Hall, Hornchurch. This is a new secondary location designed to give families more flexibility during the week.
Our Mixed/Family Class is perfect for ages 4+ — no experience required. Led by 4th Degree Black Belt Master Nik Fowden, this session focuses on confidence, coordination, and core martial arts skills in a fun, friendly environment.
