Hornchurch Mondays: New Home!
We’ve officially moved our Monday night martial arts classes to a new home — Emerson Park Community Association in Hornchurch — and it’s already proving to be a brilliant fit!

While our previous venue served us well, we’ve taken the opportunity to find a space that better supports our growing community and provides a more focused environment for training.
Our new hall is just a short distance from our main wǔ guǎn (Mandarin for “training hall” — the Chinese equivalent of a Japanese dojo or Korean dojang). It offers ample on-site parking, toilets, and most excitingly — a mirrored wall that helps students improve technique, posture, and form through real-time visual feedback.
It’s already a hit with our younger martial artists (and some grown-ups too), who enjoy seeing their stances evolve with each session.
If you’ve not trained with us on Mondays before, there’s never been a better time to start. Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or looking to add a second day of training, your first session is completely FREE — come and give it a go.
