Overview
At Kato Martial Arts, we are committed to providing high-quality branded merchandise, such as t-shirts, mugs, and other items, made specifically for you. As our products are printed on demand through various Print-on-Demand services, all sales are final. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Eligibility for Refunds or Reprints
We can only offer a free reprint or refund in the following situations:
- The product arrived damaged.
- There was a manufacturing error with the product.
If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery to be eligible for a refund or reprint.
How to Submit a Request for Refund or Reprint
To initiate a refund or reprint, please get in touch with us at store@katomartialarts.com, providing a clear photo showing the issue. You must also include your order number and a description of the defect or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are made-to-order, the following reasons are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or design.
- Change of mind after the order has been placed.
- Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion.
Refund Process
Once we receive your issue submission, our team will review it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, we will either process a reprint of the item or issue a refund to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at store@katomartialarts.com.
Exchanges
As we do not keep inventory, we cannot offer exchanges. If you received a defective or damaged item, please follow the instructions under “How to Submit a Request for Refund or Reprint.”
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return. Once the issue is resolved and approved, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Costs
You are not required to return the defective product. Shipping costs for any replacements due to defects or errors will be covered by us.
